Roto’s Vertical Twin Screw Pumps are available in both external and internal bearing configurations. These pumps can handle fluids with high temperatures of up to 3500C/6600F, regardless of availability of the steam jacketing feature. The option of electrical/steam tracing is also available on order.

Mechanical seals, gland packing options and the API 682 types of seals are also available as per the industry’s demands. These pumps are specially devised with relief valves for 100% bypass. The suction and discharge ports of these pumps are in-line.

Cast iron, cast steel, fabricated steel, and fabricated stainless steel are used to design the casing of Vertical Twin Screw Pumps. The timing gears are made of hardened steel, and the screws are made of alloy steel or stainless steel.

Accessories:

• Gauges (Pressure, Vacuum, and Differential): Many systems require continuous monitoring. Before choosing the gauge, factors such as process, environment, accuracy, dial size, connection, and mounting need to be considered.
• Relief Valves: These valves offer system control benefits and provide relief from excess pressure from closed-top containers.
• Strainers: Dust, foreign elements, and clumps can damage the liquid or the pumps. Strainers protect the Vertical Screw Pumps from these elements.
